Colin Stevens tweaks the handbrake and manages to stop the wheels
spinning enough to get over the kerb at the top of Litton. It was Haggside that stopped

Litton was the big one this year but most of the Falcons went clear.
Was it because we were all running towards the back of the field. Apart
from the class eights it seemed to matter.
Alan Bellamy stormed up Litton in his type three Fastback. However he
was another victim of a cunningly placed re-start on Haggside. (pic by Tom Goggin)
