Neil Bray sets Ftd at Autumn Antics Autotest

910nblo.jpg (13695 bytes)

Neil Bray had another resounding FTD at the Autumn Antics Autotest on 10th October. Arnold Lane looked to provide some strong competition but it all went wrong on test 4 when he had a wrong course on both runs. After his Edinburgh disappointment Simon Robson was in stunning form in his Skoda and chased Neil hard for FTD throughout the day and ended up only three and a half seconds behind Neil’s Mini.

With Alan Davies away Peter Manning was Clerk of the Course and ran the event with help from Verdun Webley and Mike Hayward. We had a couple of non-starters but it was nice to see Michael Roy make his Upper Caldecote debut in his Spridget and VW fans Chris Simpson and Julian Robinson return in Golf and Beetle respectively.
